Qualifications:
1. MSGA member and successful grower of certified seed in one of the last three years.
2. Seed Partner in good standing on MSU Research Fees with MAES and on Foundation
Seed with MFSP.
3. Seed Partner will be required to have a signed “MSU Research Fee Agreement” and submit
payment to MSU for the sale of Registered and Certified seed. The Research Fees are$1.00/bu for wheat/durum and $1.25/bu for barley. Wheat varieties are Choteau, Vida,
Lanning, Dagmar, Duclair, Egan, Genou, Yellowstone, Decade, Judee, Bearpaw, Bobcat,
Flathead, FourOsix, Ray, Warhorse, Colter, Northern, and Loma. The durum variety
is Lustre. Barley varieties are Buzz and Hockett.
4. Seed Partner with a “MSU Stewardship and Research Fee Agreement” will sell Egan
as a Certified Blend and as Certified Seed Only. Seed Partner will inform purchaser
of Egan that all commercial grain harvested is for end-use only and this grain is
not for replanting.

of certified seed.
